It can be, when measured solar heat rejection is a priority. Compare the TSER values at the exact legal shade, not just marketing labels.
No. VLT measures visible light, while TSER measures a broader share of rejected solar energy. Film construction and shade matter.
As general passenger-vehicle guidance, the combined glass and film must allow at least 35% VLT at the front sides, and qualifying rear glazing may be 20% VLT. Windscreen film has additional restrictions. Individual vehicles must be assessed.
The covered windows are listed in your written quote. Unless separately agreed, the front windscreen and sunroof are not part of the packages. Tint removal may cost extra.
Only if the combined measured VLT remains legally compliant. Existing privacy glass may already be too dark.
It varies with weather and film. Temporary haze or moisture can be normal. Follow the specific manufacturer's instructions supplied at handover.
